I just got home from my first day of one of my second session summer classes and have a lot of homework to do before Laura and I head to Wichita around 3:30. It has come to my attention that the polls aren’t working for a lot of you and that when you press “vote” the loading image displays but nothing else happens. I will look into it later this morning and will hopefully get them going again so you can help us decide what to serve at the reception. Again, the polls are not working at this time so please try back later.

In other news, I was surprised to see that Enron’s Kenneth Lay died this morning of a heart attack. I think its worth noting that Dr. Lay was born and raised in Missouri and much of his surviving family still lives in the area. He studied economics of all things at MU.

The polls are working! The poll in this post has been closed so you can’t vote in it to say it works, but the others are on various pages of the site and they should work just fine.

We picked up the wedding dress tonight from having it altered and I managed to sneak a picture of Laura while she had it on. If she’ll lets me share it I’ll post it tomorrow. Enjoy the polls, we’ll add more in the next few days. In the mean time its time for homework.
